With two full-paying guests in the parents’ room:

0–5 years: 100% discount
6–12 years: 50% discount
from 13 years: 10% discount

With two full-paying guests in the room next to or opposite the parents’ room:

Up to 15 years: 10% discount

For dogs we charge a daily rate of €13 (without food). We will gladly provide food bowls, baskets, blankets, etc. On request, we offer homemade Biologically Appropriate Raw Food (BARF diet) for your four-legged friend (€7.00 per portion) as well as a dog walking service (€25.00 per walk) and a dog trainer.

On the arrival day, your vacation home will be available to you at 3 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10 AM.

The hotel bill must be paid in cash, by EC card, or credit card (Maestro, Visa, or Eurocard) no later than on the day of departure. You can also transmit the invoice amount to the specified account number after receiving the reservation confirmation.

We ask you to pay a 30% deposit of the booked reservation price at least 4 weeks before arrival.

Cancellations are only valid in writing.
Up to 3 months before the start of the vacation there are no cancellation fees. Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking. From 1 month before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price. In the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.

We ensure the highest standards of hygiene so that you can enjoy your vacation at Hotel Lamm in Tarrenz to the fullest. All our employees are frequently tested for the Covid-19 virus to prevent infections.
